Live performance showcasing telepresence and the marvel of holograms

On 15th October, Curate42 partnered with Musion 3D for a technology showcase demonstrating 4k holographic live telepresence as well as discussing the future of the digital communication’s industry.

The showcase saw singer Dan Olsen teleported from the tech studio in Swindon to a live audience at 8 Northumberland Avenue, interacting in a two way hologram form. Ian O’Connell, Director at Musion 3D said ‘The technology allows for somebody in a modest environment to be transported and appear as though they are in something much more spectacular.'
